Do I need a separate amplifier or DAC?

The wireless models (Meridian, Particle, Filament) and the Obelisk monitors are fully active — plug-and-play. Resonance and Contour reward a dedicated source: pair either with Current and you'll hear the difference grip makes.

What's your warranty?

Three years on transducers and electronics, two on batteries, parts and labour included. Limited-run pieces like Obelisk carry a lifetime driver-rematch guarantee — if a unit ever fails, we re-pair the survivor.

Are replacement pads and tips available?

Always. Pads, headbands, ear tips and cables are stocked for the life of every model and a decade after it's retired. Audio you keep is the only kind worth making.

How do you render the products without photography?

Every product image on this site is generated, not photographed — a parametric model of each instrument projected and rasterised at build time. The drag-to-rotate views, the exploded breakdowns and the spec graphs are all drawn from the same source of truth as the catalogue.

Is the music on this site really reacting to itself?

Accepted Answer

The hero visualiser runs on a generated waveform by default, so it works with the sound off. Press play and, with your permission, it switches to a live analyser reading of a short loop — opt-in, muted by default, and never without a visible control.
